When the Cajun food craze of the early 1980s kicked in, John Ed Laborde concocted his famous recipe for Crawfish Bread. It took a few years to get in, but once he did, it became a staple of the show for the 35 years it was there. We’ve got some great stories, praise, and photos from booth #1!
