OUR PROMISE

When you order with us, we're making you a promise: we'll make it right. Period.

In order for us to do that, we need you to know a few things:

• Check your email throughout. We may send updates, including if we are aware of unexpected delays. These are crucial to helping us ensure a great experience with your order, as frozen food shipping is delicate and precise. We don’t just ship it out with no notice.

• Shipping since the outbreak of COVID-19 can be unpredictable. While delivery issues are not the norm when you ship with us, we will always make it right if something happens.

• We're a small, family-owned business. Our pricing reflects our commitment to getting the product to you in excellent condition. We have no control over shipping being expensive for some destinations, so keep that in mind. The further a location is from Louisiana, the higher the shipping price will be. It costs what it costs, and we will not compromise on quality.
